Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and provide essential functionality.

Essential Cookies

PrepWise uses only essential cookies necessary for the service to function. These cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the platform:

  • Firebase Authentication Cookies: Keep you signed in securely and maintain your session
  • localStorage Keys: Store your study progress, revision history, preferences, and app state locally on your device

These essential cookies do not track you across websites and are used solely to provide PrepWise functionality.

No Non-Essential Cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. We do not track your behaviour across websites or use third-party tracking tools.

If we introduce analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with the option to consent or opt out.

How to Manage Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using PrepWise.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we introduce new features that require additional cookies. We will notify you of significant changes and obtain your consent where required by law.
