el + cardinal number + de + month
- el tres de mayo
- el veintiuno de junio
- BUT: el primero de enero — the FIRST of the month uses the ordinal primero, not uno. All other dates use cardinals.
Days and months are NOT capitalised in Spanish. Writing Lunes or Enero is an AO3 error.
