📜 The Argument That Goes Nowhere
A student wrote five strong points about social media. Each one was correct. Each one was well-phrased. But the examiner gave it a Level 3, not a Level 5. Why? Because the five points existed in five separate bubbles. None of them followed from the one before. The argument did not flow — it merely accumulated.

Local flow means each paragraph follows from the paragraph before it. The opening sentence of paragraph 2 connects to the closing idea of paragraph 1 — not by copying it, but by growing from it. The argument moves. The reader is never stranded.
