  • bin / ist / sind — the three most tested sein forms: Ich bin müde. Er ist nett. Wir sind zu Hause.
  • habe / hat / haben — the three most tested haben forms: Ich habe Zeit. Er hat Recht. Sie haben Glück.
  • kann / muss / will — the three most tested modal forms in Foundation tasks
  • möchte / möchten — polite request: Ich möchte ein Wasser, bitte.
  • werde / wird + infinitive — future with werden: Ich werde morgen arbeiten.
  • ALL modals: 1st and 3rd singular have NO -e ending — ich kann (not ich kanne), er muss (not er musse). This is the most common modal error in written tasks.
