ABCD is a parallelogram. Prove that triangle ABC is congruent to triangle CDA.
AB = CD (opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal)
BC = DA (opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal)
AC = CA (common side / shared diagonal)
Therefore triangle ABC ≅ triangle CDA (SSS)
