For Parallel Lines
If L₁ has gradient m₁ and L₂ has gradient m₂, then:
L₁ || L₂ ⟺ m₁ = m₂
For Perpendicular Lines
If L₁ has gradient m₁ and L₂ has gradient m₂, then:
L₁ ⊥ L₂ ⟺ m₁ × m₂ = -1
