Worked Example: Cuboid
Find the surface area of a cuboid 4cm × 3cm × 2cm.
Solution
SA = 2(lw + lh + wh)
SA = 2(4×3 + 4×2 + 3×2)
SA = 2(12 + 8 + 6) = 2 × 26 = 52 cm²
