The Computer Manager
The Computer Manager
An Operating System (OS) is like a hotel manager. Guests (applications) check in wanting rooms (memory), room service (CPU time), and facilities (hardware). The manager allocates rooms, schedules cleaners, handles complaints, and ensures guests don't disturb each other. Without a manager, it would be chaos - guests fighting over rooms, no one knowing where anything is. Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android - they're all managers running the show behind the scenes!
